GROWTH PLATFORM WELCOMES LANGTREE AS EXECUTIVE PARTNER

Growth Platform – Liverpool City Region Growth Company are delighted to welcome Langtree as our newest Executive Partner.

Langtree Property Partners is a successful commercial property company, active in property management, development, investment, and public/private property partnerships across the UK.

They have a first-class reputation in regeneration and joint venture and partnership working, with the team having led some of the most significant regeneration projects in the UK.

Within Liverpool City Region Langtree’s joint ventures include Sci-Tech Daresbury and Parkside.

Sci-Tech Daresbury is a private-public joint venture created in December 2010 between Langtree, Science Technology & Facilities Council (STFC), and Halton Borough Council and Parkside Regeneration, a joint venture between Langtree and St Helens Council, was established to acquire the former Parkside colliery site at Newton-le-Willows, St Helens.

Commenting on the Partnership John Downes, Group Chief Executive, Langtree, said:

“Sci-Tech Daresbury and Parkside are two of the most important strategic economic assets in the Liverpool City Region and our ambitions for them are shared by the Growth Platform.
