We’ve worked on environmental developments that have achieved BREEAM  Excellent standards and have more properties in the pipeline designed to achieve the same standard.

Boosting energy performance

We’re also investing to retrofit projects across several of our properties to improve their energy performance and reduce operational energy intensity by up to 20%.

Investing in renewable energy generation

We’ve installed 1,100m² of solar panels across our sites which generated more than 156,000kwh in 2024 alone.

Going green for our electricity needs

We use green electricity tariffs to cover any additional electricity consumption beyond the green energy we generate across our sites.

Enhancing EPC ratings

We’ve worked to facilitate the improvement of more than 50% of our clients’ EPC ratings since 2013.

Promoting green travel has reduced single occupancy car journeys by almost 10% on one site with nearly 50% of occupants at another using alternative modes of transport to a car.
Encouraging a cycle-to-work scheme which includes regular bike workshops to promote further scheme uptake.
